Chef Leveque, owner and executive Chef of Fleur de Lys Catering, spent the last 20 years working for some of the world's most celebrated chefs and acclaimed restaurateurs in France and the United States.

In 2006 he decided to bring his years of fine dining experience outside the traditional setting of a restaurant. That's how Fleur de Lys Catering was born.

Leveque has worked for the world's top restaurateurs, such as Paul Bocuse, Sirio Maccioni from the famous "Le Cirque" in New York, and most recently for Georges Perrier at Philadelphia's Brasserie Perrier.

All Fleur de Lys Catering's employees are highly experienced professionals who have been recruited from internationally recognized restaurants.

Fleur de Lys Catering is the missing link between a personal chef and traditional caterers. All events are personalized to meet your needs and expectations, Owner and Executive Chef Laurent Leveque will be involved for all events and personally plan each menu.
