About The CHEF

Preston’s culinary career began early on, inspired by his love of travel, his Southern family and their love and respect for quality and tradition.  Upon completion of his training at LeCordon Bleu Culinary Institute, Preston sought opportunities to further develop his own creativity. 

After working with Charlie Trotter (Chicago),  Wolfgang Puck (Orlando) and opening restaurants in Alabama, Preston focused on running his catering company and spending time with his family, friends and two dogs. Preston is currently a Private Chef and Caterer in Alabama

My Philosophy

I love to travel, I love food, and I love how you can really learn who a people and culture are through their food. Blending my Southern background and locally sourced meats, cheeses and vegetables with the food philosophy of Mediterranean cuisines I bring fresh, healthy twists to traditional Southern staples.
